Many of our users are hobbyists and small-business entrepreneurs who face the challenge of turning their passion into profit with a limited budget and technical knowledge. Currently, the process that enables users to receive payments and sell products and services is technically complex. How might we help users to receive money more easily through Milkshake?
Hypothesis
We hypothesised that providing a simple way to earn through Milkshake would see an increase in engagement and acquisition of new users.
