Problem
App downloads was a key metric in determining the success of our product. As a new app, we lacked the credibility of our more established competitors. Research revealed that a significant number of our users looked at ratings & reviews to gauge trust and validation.
Hypothesis
We hypothesised that increasing five-star ratings and positive reviews on the App Stores would lead to an increase in app downloads.
