Reducing Cancellations: Envato Elements

Problem
Subscribers are a key metric in determining the success of the product. Historically about 40% of subscribers cancel each day. However, in response to the pandemic, this increased an additional 25% over a two-week period, making this an urgent issue to solve.
Hypothesis
We hypothesised that providing more financial flexibility for subscribers would reduce the cancellation rate in the short term and increase revenue in the long term.
